I want to just paste the whole chapter but re-telling it in another way might be better, since the asker has mentioned it, and we are supposed to have read the whole chapter before answering.
So:
The Author of the book of Hebrew explains the matter this way:
God said that he rested from all his work the seventh day, but yet he said in his wrath to the Israelite on the way to canaan that they shall never enter his rest if they continue in disobedience. They didn't enter the rest by getting into the land of Canaan, because God spoke through David about another day, a Sabbath-rest for the people of God. They didn't because they didn't believe (combine with faith) the promise of God, so God set a certain day, called Today, for the promise which remains for us.
Are we in that rest now?
The next verse (especially verse 11: to enter means not yet in, and the author include himself in the list, he said we, not you) shows that it is still to come, but in the light of the word of God we can say 'also' that we are in that rest now.
First, we are still in work until the full victory against the Power of Darkness (Rev 12:11), Jesus himself said "My Father is always at his work to this very day, and I, too, am working." (John 5:17), and the bible also says that it is God who works good works in us (1Co 12:6 There are different kinds of working, but the same God works all of them in all men.)
Second, we are in rest because it is not us, it is Jesus who does the work, we just need to take all our burden to him and he will carry them for us (Mat 11:28 Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.)
Mat 11:29-30 concludes the matter: "Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."
> You take the yoke (not in rest) by yet you find rest (in rest)
So that's how we live our Sabbath daily not weekly, and yet the big Sabbath is coming.
Answering the question straight now:
Heb. 4 speaks about our rest when Jesus is back.
Rev 3:21 To him that overcome will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.
Rev 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
