About the warfare prayers, is there any specific hour to do it right? Because some people say: it’s better to be done in the middle of the night?
About the prayer:
- Regular at fixed times is very good for spiritual growth, and also shows our love and respect for God. (Daniel prayed regularly, not missing his 3 times daily prayer, Daniel 6:10)
- Perpetual is even better, but not easy because of our activities. It is possible to pray all the time, 'always' as Paul suggested we do in 1 The 5:17. To do this: simply realize the presence of Jesus in all of your activities and discuss with him all and every move you do, with thanksgiving, present to him your requests. With this kind of prayer, you are always in silent communication with God, you won’t discuss with anyone before you’ve asked for divine guidance, after all achievement, however small it is, give thanks and praise the Lord ... Jesus does not ask us to stop our activities, but He wants us to give back the glory to God as we succeed, and he wants to be introduced deeper and deeper into our lives.
- Prayer is powerful at night because: you have no business to do, the silence is almost complete, you will not be disturbed by whosoever / whatsoever, you would not be limited by the time (even up 'in the morning), and also the night is dark, the satanic world, and the enemy is considered to work at night in obscurity and in the darkness (Matthew 13:25).
How about a 'powerful prayer'?
* Fasting is very good, if well practiced, because it takes us off the world and the earth to be in the spiritual world
* Faith is key, it is faith that will move God to do something.
* Know to let the will of God reigns before yours, let him do his first and He will reward you later.
* The subject of the prayer should not be to complain, but instead, of thanksgivings and supplications.
The LORD bless thee, and keep thee: The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace. (Num 6: 24-26)
